- Creates loads by combining orders based on client needs and truck capacity.
- Assigning drivers, and planning routes to enhance the fleet’s efficiency.
- By applying problem-solving and analytical skills, adheres to deadlines, demands, and shifting priorities.
- Maintains a close eye on transportation difficulties in order to meet operational needs.
- On vehicle inspection reports and as reported by drivers, keep track of any flaws or damages.
- Maintain open lines of communication and have pleasant relationships with the driver team.
- Builds relationships with drivers to manage driver performance.
